Aaron "Babe" Glazman

Aaron “Babe” Glazman passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2025, in Hermantown, MN the age of 92. 

Born to Harry and Bella (Schelf) Glazman on September 12th, 1932, in Duluth, MN, Babe graduated from Duluth Central High School in 1950. He met his wife, Lorrayne Cherson, and they had 3 children, Charlie, Neil, and Randi.

Babe and his brother, Jimmy, alongside their father operated the European Bakery in Duluth. He enjoyed golfing, was the past president of both Temple Israel and Duluth Jewish Federation, and past Potentate of AAD Temple Shrine. 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lorrayne; parents; brother, Jim; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Russ. 

Babe is survived by his sons, Charlie (Cindy) and Neil; daughter, Randi (Roger) Simon; 3 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.

Private family service will be held in the Spring. Donations preferred to Temple Israel or AAD Temple Shrine.
