Angeline "Angie" Hill, 95, formerly of Woodland Gardens and Rice Lake Twp. died on her birthday, September 30, 2014 at Edgewood Vista. Angie was born September 30, 1919 in Gnesen Twp. to Peter and Katherine Trader and raised in Pike Lake. She was a former member of St. Joseph's Church in Gnesen and is now a member of St. John's Church.
Angie was a member of the Rice Lake Plus 55 Club, Stitching Sisters Sewing Circle,the Homecroft Garden Club and the Ship Masters Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Katherine; husband, Eino I. in 1981; son in law Kenneth Cofield and 17 siblings, Frank, John, Stephen, Alexander, Peter and Stanley Trader, Frances Garasha, Kate Pucuski, Florence Anderson, Anna Trader, Mary Mosiniak, Rose Bosiacki, Cecelia Gufrovich, Margaret Franckowiak, Lucille and Leona Trader and Barbara Pinto.
Angie is survived by her sons, Emil (Mary) Hill and Ted (Peggy) Hill; daughters, Priscilla Cofield and Kathy (Don) Bakke; grandchildren, Lydia (Wayne), Michelle (Lyle), Renee, Mark (Jody), Ramona (Kevin), Darren (Clare), Owen, Kimberly (Jason), Renee (Rusty) and Kevin (Barb); great grandchildren, Shane, Jace, Chelsea, Audrey, Nicole, Samantha, Melissa, Cassandra, Randy, Hunter, Jacob, Logan, Mikayla, and Drew; great-great grandchildren, Journey and Kael; and her last surviving sibling, Walter (Jesse) Trader and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7pm in the Dougherty Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Friday from 10am to the 11am Mass of Christian Burial at St. John's Church, 4230 St. John's Ave. Duluth.
