Anna Miketin

Anna Miketin, 83, of Duluth, passed away on Tuesday December 23, 2014 in Broward Health North, Deerfield Beach, FL. She was born March 12, 1931 in Celinovac Bosnia to Anton and Kataria Bores. Anna was a member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church. She was a hard working landlord and homemaker that enjoyed gardening, cooking and many handmade crafts.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband Karl Miketin on December 26, 2013.
Anna is survived by three children; Jozef Miketin (wife Dragica), Anton Miketin (wife Jill), and Frances Jurkic (husband Anton). She was the proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday Jan. 2, 2015 from 5PM to 7PM with 6:30PM Wake Prayers in Dougherty Funeral Home. Visitation will Continue on Saturday from 10AM until the 11AM Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Internment in Calvary Cemetery.
