April Royer

September 5, 1982 — February 26, 2015

April Marie Royer, 32, of Bloomington, MN, formerly of Duluth, passed
away on Thursday February 26, 2015 in St. Paul, MN. She was born on a crisp September day in 1982 to David and Sharon Royer in Virginia, MN. April attended Lincoln Park Elementary, Denfeld High School, DBU, Lake Superior College, and Normandale College, Minneapolis; with a life goal of becoming a geneticist. She worked for Health Partners Specialty Center, St. Paul as a Lab Assistant and Phlebotomist. April's greatest love was her children, teaching them not only to make her morning coffee, but to also excel in school; instilling in them her love for learning. She enjoyed traveling to Colorado as much as clubbing with her friends. Her high energy, feisty personality, and contagious laugh will never be forgotten.
She was preceded in death by her best friend and sister, Amanda Christine; paternal grandparents Dolores and John Royer; maternal grandfather Leon Stowe; her aunt Judy Perttu, and her uncle John E Royer
She is survived by her parents David and Sharon Royer; children Jesiah and Alexcia Langenbrunner, their father Jeremiah Langenbrunner, his parents John and Sue Langenbrunner, his sister Samantha; maternal grandmother, Lorraine Stowe; sister Rachael (Carl) Strohm, nieces and nephews Jeremiah, Aleah, Joelle, Lily, Spencer, and Samuel, and numerous aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5PM to 7PM in Dougherty Funeral Home 600 E. 2nd Street and will continue on Friday from 11AM until the 1PM Funeral Service in the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oneota Cemetery. 218-727-3555.
