Avis Myklebust

Avis Ann Myklebust, 84 of Surprise, Ariz., died, on Friday, July 6, 2012 following a brief illness in Duluth. ^^She was born in Minneapolis, on Oct. 15, 1927 to James and Bertha (Olson) Bergh. ^^Avis resided in Arizona and enjoyed visiting Duluth with her husband Jack during the summer months. They resided on the University of Minnesota Duluth campus while in Duluth. She loved to travel with her husband, over the years they have visited each state whether traveling with the RV or flying. ^^Avis was a member of the Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Sun City West, Ariz. She also enjoyed crewing for her sons Hot Air ballooning team at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. ^^Avis was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Vern Bergh and her sister, Lorraine Hahn. ^^Survivors include her spouse of 56 years, Jack of Surprise, Ariz.; her son, Randy (Diana) Myklebust of Rio Rancho, N.M.; her brother, Jim (Bonnie) Bergh of Bloomington, Minn. and numerous other family members. ^^GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 1:15 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Ft.
