Beth Goodreau

Beth Annette Goodreau, 90, of Duluth, died Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Benedictine Health Center.  She was born October 26, 1928 in Tamassee, South Carolina to George Edward and Mona Lee (Allison) Rankin.

Beth was a very knowledgeable Legal Secretary for over 30 years and worked for many prestigious law firms.  She was an avid reader and supported many charitable causes over the years.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.  She is survived by her children:  Mona, Michael, Tony, Sam, Theresa and Tim; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and her loving partner of 39 years Donald Sliter.  Visitation:  Saturday, April 27th. from 10-11AM, followed by the funeral service at 11 AM at Dougherty Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery, Hermantown.  If so desired, memorial may be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.  Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. 2nd.
