Billy Dick

Billy Charles Dick, 90, formerly of Eden Prairie, Minn., died Friday May 4, 2012 at the Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Grand Rapids, Minn. where he has been a resident for the past four years. Billy was born to Frank and Madeline (Bailey) Dick in Parsons, Kansas. He graduated from high school in Kansas. He was a US Army World War II veteran serving overseas until his honorable discharge. Billy was employed as a cabinet maker for many years. His passion was music; he played in a band for many years in Duluth. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Frank Dick, Jr. and his sister, Marjorie Rogers. Survivors include his children, Barbara (Eugene) Curnow of Duluth; Billy (Kellie) Haarbauer of Covina, Calif.; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
