On March 21, 2024 God called Brenda Clinton’s soul to Heaven at the age of 45. Jesus already prepared a place for her, and she was met by her mother Ruby Clinton. Brenda was born in Cook County Hospital, Chicago Illinois on February 25, 1979, to Ruby Clinton and Bradford Ford. Brenda grew up in Chicago, Illinois and lived in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Brenda lived a quiet life. She loved to experience different restaurants and cuisines. Brenda was employed at Walmart in Wisconsin and Duluth, Minnesota. She could never stay in one place too long, she moved around a lot, but never too far away from the area she lived in. Brenda’s favorite thing to do was to cook. It brought her so much pleasure to create and prepare a delicious meal. Cooking was the way she expressed herself, it was therapeutic and nourishing for her. Brenda was inspired to be a chef and show off her culinary skills.
Brenda became blind in her right eye following a car accident in 2019. This led the doctors to finding a tumor on her brain. Brenda Clinton is preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Clinton; father, Bradford Ford; sisters, Bernice, Darlene and Tracy Clinton; her niece, Sabrina Clinton; nephew, Nazier Pryor.
Brenda is survived by her sisters, Debra Clinton, Francine Clinton, Delisa Clinton, Vernita Clinton; and brothers Irvin Clinton and Anthony Clinton. And a host of nieces, nephews and cousins that loved her dearly.
In remembrance of our sister
She is finally free from the chains of pain, suffering, and worries that bond her to this world. It breaks our hearts that she left this earth so soon. It brings us peace knowing she is with her maker. You will always and forever be in our hearts. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
