Carol Rae "Happy" Schramm

Passed away on August 13, 2024, at the age of 85. She was born on November 22, 1938, to Raymond and Gertrude Huseby. She married Russell Schramm in 1958. Carol was a great baker, enjoyed roller skating, collecting dolls, gardening, and making her own maple syrup. She especially loved watching her grandchildren play sports and spending time at the cabin. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband. Carol is survived by her children, Todd (Tracy) Schramm, Tomas (Julie) Schramm, and Rayann Schramm; grandchildren, Amanda, Savannah, Drake, Ben, Iziah, Noah, and Josiah; siblings, Douglas (Julie) Huseby and Margaret Ann (Bruce) Bushweiler; and nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Christ Lutheran Church, 2415 Ensign St, Duluth with a Visitation beginning at 10am. Burial at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Saginaw.
