Cecil Kuehlthau

Cecil E. Kuehlthau, 88, of Superior, died Monday, July 10, 2017 in her home with her family by her side.  Cecil was born July 12, 1928 in Superior to Richard and Agnes Kuehlthau.  She was a graduate of Superior Central High School.  Cecil went to work at Minnesota Power and retired as executive secretary for the board of directors and CEO, in 1988.

Cecil was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church and a former member of the Cathedral of Christ the King.  She enjoyed spending time at the cabin at Lake Nebagamon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Agnes; sister, Carroll Bridge; brother, Richard Kuehlthau and nephew, Kevin Bergson.

Cecil is survived by her sister, Helen Bergson; nephews, Herb Bergson, Tom (Angela) Bridge, Paul (Brenda) Bergson, Richard Bridge and James Bridge, and many great and great great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin Thursday from 10 to the 11am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis Xavier Church, 2316 E 4 ^th St. Superior, WI.  Burial at Calvary Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to the salvation Army, 916 Hughitt Ave., Superior, WI  54880.
