Chester Mulligan

Chester Eric Mulligan, 58, of Duluth, died Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Mayo Clinic St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn.  He was born October 13, 1963 in Grand Marais, Minn. to Harry A. Everson and Alician Grace Larson.  Chet had worked on the oil service pipeline, as well as being an odd jobs handyman.  He was preceded in death by his brothers Russel and James.  Chet is survived by his mother Alican Grogan of Duluth, his brothers Ben (Vonnie) Grogan and Karl Mulligan, both of Duluth, and his long time friend Donna Anderson of Duluth.  A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 1:00PM until the 2:00PM Memorial Service at Peace United Church of Christ, 1111 N. 11th Avenue E.
