Dan Brown

Dan D. Brown, 71, of Esko, formally of Lakewood, passed away peacefully with family by his side, Monday, July 16, 2018.  Dan was born in Duluth, to Doug and Glendora, on January 26, 1947.

Dan graduated from Central High School in 1965. He worked at Miller Dwan, and the Duluth Superwood Plant.   He liked to spend time outdoors, traveling, working on cars, but most importantly spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Chris.

Dan is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl; daughter, Anna (James) Vandenheuvel; granddaughters, Brianna, and Emma; siblings, Peggy (Allen) Thomas, Fawn (Larry) Nelson, Penny (Jim) Whiteside, and Scott Brown; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The family would like to thank St Luke’s Hospice; and Linda, and Deedee of Essentia Neurology.

Funeral service will be 2PM, Sunday, July 22, 2018 with visitation one-hour prior in the Dougherty Funeral Home 600 E 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55805.
