D'Angelo Eugene VonMoore

D'Angelo Eugene VonMoore, 41 of Duluth, MN passed away in his home December 7, 2023. D'Angelo was born in Chicago, IL November 30th, 1982 to his parents Anthony & Louise (Barker) VonMoore.

D'Angelo was a loving father, friend and brother. His greatest joy were his children. D'Angelo was headstrong, and an incredibly supportive person throughout his life.

D'Angelo is survived by his parents, children DiAjza Stigler of Jackson, Mississippi T'Angela VonMoore of Waterloo, IA, D'Angelo Jr of Chicago, IL and Jamari Jones of Duluth, MN. Siblings Louise (Byron) Treadwell, Rico VonMoore both of Cedar Rapids, IA, Anthony VonMoore of Duluth, MN and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

D'Angelo enjoyed the culinary arts industry. Over the years he was employed at various restaurants chains! Upon his departure he had chosen a new path in social services. He was enrolled in college courses to become a peer educator for young men! He was a man of faith and full of life!

D'Angelo proceeded in death by his maternal grandmother Anneal Barker and grandfather John Barker Senior and his paternal grandparents Ben Martin and Marjuel Watts. A special aunt Etta Jackson and cousin Alicia Barker.

A king has gained his wings!

A Memorial Service will be on Wednesday, January 3rd at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation starting at 12noon in Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E Second Street, Duluth, MN.
