Deborah A. “Debbie” Culas, 67, of Duluth, formerly of Lakewood Township, died Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the Benedictine Living Community. She was born on February 15, 1950 in St. Paul, MN. Deborah had worked for the Duluth School District as a school bus attendant for many years. Debbie loved living in the country, working her gardens and being outdoors. She was also a voracious reader and an extremely talented artist. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Harriet Riemenschneider and her husband, Roger in 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Zawacki of Hugo, MN; two sisters, Maureen (David) Wilhelmy and Mary (Jon) Hoff and their children; three grandchildren, Corey, Alexis and Natasha; a great-grandchild, Cylie.
