Dorothy McGregor

Dorothy M. McGregor, 94, of Duluth, passed away on Wednesday May 20, 2015. She was born in Two Harbors on May 7, 1921 to Louis and Ann Genereux. Dorothy graduated from Duluth Central High School, and had worked at Hunter's Park Drug as a Clerk and Sears in the Service Department. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Dorothy was a Senior Coalition volunteer. She loved to garden.
She was preceded in death by her husband James L., sister Betty Schuler, and a grandson Charles Lemieux.
She is survived by children Michael (Barb) of Duluth, Steven (Peggy) of Saginaw, and Patricia (Patrick) Hickson of Peoria, AZ, Grandchildren Sam and Jeff Lemieux, Angela Rockwell, Jim and Matt McGregor, and Kyle McGregor-Nordeen, great-grandchildren Nicholas, Madeline, Sara, Alexander, and Lauren Lemieux, Taylor Rockwell, Caitlyn McGregor, Kasey Rockwell and Andi Nordeen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2015 from 5PM until the 7PM Memorial Service in Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55805. 218-727-3555. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Franciscan Health Center.
