Elizabeth Mary Abdo

Elizabeth M. Abdo, 83, of Duluth, passed away on Thursday October 19, 2023, in her home.  She was born in Duluth to Edmond and Genevieve Stephens.  Elizabeth had worked at Maurices in sales as well as helping Santa at the Miller Hill Mall during the holidays.  She was a member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church.  Elizabeth loved to shop, as well as time spent with her family and helping with her granddaughter Dakota.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her life partner Russ Abdo, daughters Lori (John) Mattison and Lynn (Mitch) Thomas, grandchildren Jessica Mattison, Jason (Jen) Mattison, and Nicole (Bob) Stabs, and great-grandchildren Taylor Amundson and Dakota Olson.

Visitation will be held in Dougherty Funeral Home on Thursday Nov. 2, 2023, from 10AM until the 11AM Memorial Service.  600 E. 2^nd St. Duluth, MN 55805.  218-727-3555.
