Frances Swiggen

Frances Louise McSwiggen, 93, of Duluth, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Benedictine Health Center. She was born in Duluth July 1, 1920 to John Joseph and Elizabeth Regina (Frank) McSwiggen. Frances was a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica. She was the Medical Program Administrator for Minnesota Power, retiring in 1985.
She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister Elizabeth; her sisters: Catherine Charleboix, Margaret Wilson and Mary Morse; and her brother James A. McSwiggen.
She is survived by her brother John (Jean) McSwiggen of Hopkins, Minn; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation: 10am Wednesday, April 9th. until the 11am Mass of Christian Burial at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
