Glenn Tverberg
August 19, 1955 — October 16, 2016
Glenn E. Tverberg, 60, of Cloquet, died peacefully in his home on October 16, 2016. He was born August 19, 1955, in Proctor, MN, to Sander and Tillie Tverberg.
Glenn served his country in the Air Force. He then went on to work for the D. M. I. R. Railroad until 1986 where he then moved to work for WLSSD, and remained there until his retirement.
He was an accomplished musician and gunsmith. In addition to spending time with his family, Glenn loved flying, hunting and restoring classic cars. He was known for his love of nature and rescued several dogs from the pound and found them homes.
Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers; Selvin, Clifford, Irvin, Theodore, Walter, and Earnest Tverberg.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Patricia Tverberg, and children, Christine (Darren) Roehl, Kenneth Moss, Michelle (Ryan) Gilderman; sisters, Barb (Steve) Wallace, and Dora Brockman, and sister-in-law, Carmen (Dale) Kramer; grandchildren Amanda, Ryan C., Alayna, Jonathan, McKayla, Breanna, Ryan G.; and great-grandchildren Gabriel, Gavin, Glenn, George, Allison, and Brady.
