Henrietta Padgett

Henrietta Padgett, 84, of Proctor, died Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Benedictine Health Center. She was born August 5, 1931 in Virginia, Minn. to William and Alice (Pohlglase) Thomas. Henrietta was a graduate of Virginia High School. She married Bernard Earl Padgett in 1958. Henrietta was a financial worker for St. Louis County Social Services for over 30 years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, 9 siblings, and her husband Bernard in 1986.
Henrietta is survived by her children, Thomas Padgett of Duluth and Therese Padgett of Proctor.
Visitation: 10 AM Monday, May 16, 2016 until the 11 AM funeral service at Dougherty Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oneota Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. Second St., Duluth, 727-3555.
