Howard Engesath

Howard H. Engesath, age 90, passed away on July 29, 2018 at Afterno Home in Duluth MN.

He was born on January 20, 1928 to Peter and Signe (Johannsen) Engesath. He married Janice Massie on April 12, 1947. He served in the Army Reserves and retired from USSteel. He enjoyed the outdoors camping and fishing in the Boundary Waters, deer hunting, his vegetable garden and original country music.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice, his parents, 4 sisters (Madeline Larrivy, Margaret Koenig, Lillian Boreen, Lenore Engesath), 6 brothers (Johnny, Ole, Norman, Walter, Karl, Gene).

Surviving family, daughters, Judy Brown, Duluth, Patti (Mike) Watters, Duluth, Alice (Dan) Watters, Waterloo, IA, Susan Buchanan, Cloquet, sons, David (Diane), Duluth and Mark (Joan), Ft. McDowell, AZ, 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
