James "Jim" Archambeau

Passed away on May 1, 2024, a day shy of his 87th birthday. He was born in Duluth to Clifford and Amelia Archambeau. He worked at Sam’s Florist for many years. Jim enjoyed camping, fishing and gardening but more than anything he loved his family. He was caring, generous and kind and was up for anything. He will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol. Survived by children, Cheryl (John) Berglin and Scott; grandchildren, Jason Berglin, Melanie (Garrett) Ness, Rochelle (Justin) Jonns, Marie Archambeau; great-grandchildren, Bella, Landon, Rudiger, Daxton, Layla, Clover and Darby; sister, Laverne Tuskey; and his loyal furry companion, Cosmo.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. Second Street, Duluth with a Visitation beginning at 12:00pm. Burial at Hermantown Cemetery. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home 218-727-3555.
