James McGregor

James M. “Jim” McGregor, 48, of Duluth, died Thursday May 20, 2021 in his residence.  He was born in Duluth on April 8, 1973 to Michael and Barbara McGregor.  Jim graduated from Duluth Central High School.  He worked for Northland Constructors as a Laborer, he started work with them in 1989.  Jim was a member of the Labor Union Local #1091.  He enjoyed mountain biking, fishing, and playing pickle ball.

Jim is survived by his daughter Caitlyn Call, his parents Michael and Barbara McGregor, sister Angela Rockwell, niece Taylor Rockwell, nephew Casey Rockwell, aunt Patricia Hickson, uncles Steve (Peggy) McGregor and Alan (Jan) Lian, and several cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 1, 2021 in Dougherty Funeral Home from 5PM to 7PM.  Private family graveside services will be held.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home.  600 E. 2nd St. Duluth, MN 55805.  218-727-3555.
