James Peterson

James Edward “Jimmy” Peterson, 61, of Loman MN, passed away on Wednesday June 13, 2018 in Essentia Health, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Duluth.  He was born on November 27, 1956 to Clayton and Bette Peterson in International Falls, MN.  Jim graduated from Indus School.   He married Vicki Boquist on June 7, 1975 in International Falls, MN.  He was owner operator of Peterson Logging Inc.  He enjoyed his job, going to the cabin on Rainy Lake, and spending time with his family and grandkids.  Jim was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Loman.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents.

Jim is survived by his wife Vicki, children Eric Peterson and Abby (Robert) Rousseau, brother Jon Peterson, sisters Nancy Peterson, and Judy (Bill) Ludovissie, and Susi (Dennis) Bannert, grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Hannah, and Alex, and several nieces and nephews.
