James “Butch” Kuronen, 59, of Duluth, Minnesota, passed away on October 13, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Fay Kuronen, and his mother-in-law, Marian Hunt. Butch is survived by his wife, Amy, and two daughters, Anna and Maria, all of Duluth. He is also survived by his brother, John Kuronen, John’s wife Teresa, and their children. Visitation on Wednesday, October 17 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. 2nd Street Duluth, MN 55805 and continues from 10am to the Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 18 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary, 2801 E. 4th Street Duluth, MN 55812.  Internment at Forest Hill Cemetery.
