John Davich

John Davich, 75, of Duluth, passed away with family by his side, September 20, 2018.

He was born in Duluth to Tom and Dorothy, on April 27, 1943.

He was a retired truck driver and a member of Teamsters 346.  He also was a member of the Rice Lake Volunteer Fire Dept.; also enjoyed talking on the CB or Ham Radio.

He enjoyed getting on his scooter and taking his dog Charlie for walks. He loved spending time with “do it yourself projects.”  He often spent his mornings at the Chalet and playing cards.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Beverly; siblings, Ona, and Tom; grandson, Josiah.

John is survived by his children, John (DeeAnn), Laurie (Eugene) Rautio; 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces; 1 nephew; other family, and friends.

Funeral service will be 1PM, Friday, September 28, 2018 with visitation one-hour prior, in the Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E 2nd Street, Duluth, MN.
