John Forest

John Paul Forest, 52, of Duluth, died on Friday, June 7, 2013 in Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center.
He was born on Nov. 16, 1960 to Paul and Mary "Patt" Forest in Duluth, MN and has been a lifelong resident.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his sister, Gail Forest of Simi Valley, CA; his brothers, Leonard "Coz" Forest of Simi Valley, CA and James Forest of Duluth, MN; his nieces, Amanda and Rebecca; his nephews, Christopher, Justin and Tyler and his special friend, Peggy Swanson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in the Dougherty Funeral Home Chapel. A gathering of friends and family will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
Interment will be in Sunrise Memorial Park in Hermantown, MN.
