Kenneth Arthur Conant

Kenneth Arthur Conant age 84 of Duluth died on January 14, 2025 in his home.

Born on September 21, 1940, to parents, Arthur Conant and Frances Mosiniak. He attended Denfeld High School and worked as a custodian at the Damiano Center. Ken had a love for the simple pleasures of life. Whether it was a well-played hand in a game of cards or a brisk walk through the scenic hills of Duluth, he found happiness in moments others might overlook. His humor was his hallmark—he had a knack for delivering just the right quip at just the right time.

He is preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Irene Conant; sister, Kathy; sisters-in-law, Jane and later, Sue; brother-in-law, Delmer Bloomquist. Ken is survived by brother, Bob; sister, Shirley Bloomquist; son, Gregory Conant; ex-wife, Terry Conant; and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 12 noon with a visitation starting at 11:00 am in Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E Second Street, Duluth. Interment at Polish Catholic Cemetery.
