Kenneth Pederson

Kenneth W. Pederson, May 15,1927-Dec.10, 2018, was the son of Palmer and Geraldine (Hoyum) Pederson. He was employed at Heimbach Lumber for 15 years as an accountant and then he was the Treasurer and Vice President at Oneida Realty of Duluth for 30 years.

Ken and Bernice are members of First Lutheran Church where he was an usher for many years. He also did volunteer work at Park Hill Cemetery and St. Luke's Hospital. Ken enjoyed the outdoors and loved his time with family and friends.

Ken is survived by his wife of 69 years, Bernice (Anderson) Pederson. They had two sons, Robert (Diana) Pederson from Custer, South Dakota, and James Pederson from Iron River, Wisconsin and Duluth. Ken has one brother George (Sharon) Pederson from Litchfield, Minnesota. Ken and Bernice had one granddaughter Leah Pederson and friend Matt. They had two great granddaughters Hayley Pederson and Briella Brown, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to First Lutheran Church of charity of choice would be appreciated. Visitation will be Friday 10:00-11:00 am at First Lutheran Church followed by the service at 11:00 am.
