Kyliejo Mae Eikanger

Kyliejo Mae Eikanger passed away from natural causes on February 14, 2024, she was just 30 years old. Kylie was born and raised in Duluth, and a graduate of Duluth Central High School. Growing up on Island Lake, her love for the outdoors was fostered by her father. It was a love she shared with anyone lucky enough to know her. Kylie was fiercely proud of her degree in early childhood development from WITC. This enabled her to become a fantastic nanny for many children fortunate to be under her tutelage.

Kylie is preceded in death by her baby cousin Douglas, grandfather Herbert, Sr. and uncle Herbert, Jr.  She is survived by her father Douglas; fiance Andrew Brown, grandmother Marjorie Eikanger; aunts Joanne (Warren) Chesney, Denise (Dr. Patricia Mayer) Farwell, Carole (Richard) Saylor; dear friends Amy and Megan Ford; and many extended family and friends. 

A Celebration of Kylie’s life will be held on Saturday, February 24th at 12 noon with a visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. in Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E Second Street, Duluth, MN.
