Leonard Vincent Olsen

Leonard Vincent Olsen Jr. 65, of Duluth, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024. He was born in Duluth on January 14, 1959, to Leonard and Florence Olsen Sr. Leonard graduated from UMD with an Elementary Education degree. He taught in the Duluth School District, and most recently he had been employed with Goodwill Industries.

Leonard enjoyed listening to music, reading, art, culture, history and reading National Geographic. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by cousins David (Susan) Olson, Craig (Sarah) Olson, Kristin (Scot) Quenzer, Alexandra Schurrer, and Abigail Schurrer.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 12:30PM until the 1:30PM Funeral Service in Dougherty Funeral Home. 600 E. 2nd St. Duluth, MN 55805. The burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery.
