Louise Polzin

Louise A Polzin 83, of Hermantown, passed away Sunday May 18, 2014 at St Luke's Hospital. Louise was born in Minneapolis, MN, on May 23, 1930 to Andrew and Anna Norberg.
Louise went to high school in Minneapolis, and later met the love of her life Edward, they were wed in July, 1950; they were richly blessed with 57 years of marriage and four children. Louise enjoyed bowling, and was very active with her church with alter serving, sewing club, and the church choir.
Louise was preceded in death by husband, Edward; parents, Andrew and Anna; brothers, Albert Erickson, Martin Norberg, and Wallace Norberg; and sister, Gladys Corrier.
She is survived by children, James Polzin, Linda (Steve) Talbot, Michael (Joddy) Polzin, and Kathleen Polzin; sister, Lavonne Anderson, Cambridge, MN; brothers, Kenneth Norberg, Smithville, GA, and James Norberg, Cambridge, MN; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family would like to thank the St. Luke's 5th floor ICU for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 9:30 AM until the start of the service beginning at 11 AM in the Hope Lutheran Church, 4093 Munger Shaw Rd.
