Nicholas "Nick" Stevens

Nicholas “Nick” Glenn Stevens, 25, of Duluth was taken from us way too early on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Nick was born in Duluth on November 18, 1995 to Scott and Sheila (Hasbrouck) Stevens. Nick was a 2014 graduate of Duluth East. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of The Good Shepherd. Nicholas was an easy going, fun loving person who always wanted to talk to and be around people. He loved spending time with his family playing cards and board games. He also loved spending time with his friends and being in the outdoors fishing, hunting, golfing, baseball and hockey. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Glenn and Mary Stevens and aunt Beth Stevens. Nick is survived by his parents, Scott and Sheila of Duluth; a brother, Dylan of Duluth; a sister, Rylee of Duluth; maternal grandparents, Robert and Gail Hasbrouck of Crookston, MN; his aunts and uncles, Scott and Pat Hasbrouck of Thompson, ND, Jackie and Greg Guerrero of Duluth, Mark and LeeAnne Stevens of Plymouth, MN and Bob (Leann Frestedt) Stevens of Cloquet; several loving cousins, friends and his two  dogs, Tiger and Toby, with Toby being Nick’s “man’s best friend.” Nicholas will be truly missed and will be forever in our hearts. We will miss him every day. A public visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Dougherty Funeral Home, masks and social distancing will be required. Due to the Covid guidelines, a private family service will be held at the Lutheran Church of The Good Shepherd. Pastor David Mesner officiating.
