Patricia (Lear) Gagnon, 56, of Chiang Mai, Thailand, formally of Duluth, MN, passed away at Solvay Hospice House with her devoted husband by her side on Tuesday November 28, 2017. Patricia was a student and practitioner of the Dharma. Her greatest enjoyment in life was traveling the world with her husband and spending time with her Vizsla Finn and African Grey Parrots Max and Bo. In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed trying new adventures such as fly fishing, skydiving, surfing, and martial arts.
She was preceded in Death by her father Merrill Lear.
She is survived by her Husband Richard Gagnon of Chaing Mai, Thailand, her Mother Maxine Lear of Duluth, her Daughters Sydney Johns of Portland, OR, Samantha (Nicholas) Morse of Woodbury, MN, her sister Anne (John) Rohlf of Manteno, IL her Nephew Gage (JoAnna) Rohlf of Topeka, KS, her niece Nina (Craig) Stephenson of Topeka, KS, great niece and nephew, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Dougherty Funeral Home 600 E. 2nd St. Duluth, MN 55805 at Noon on Saturday December 2, 2017. Private inurnment will take place in Kelsey Cemetery in the spring.
