Ramona L. Schilling (Van Guilder)

Passed away on September 28, 2023 at the age of 92. She was born to Floyd and Christel on July 17, 1931.  Ramona married Dallas Schilling and enjoyed 74 years of marriage. She was a member of the Teamsters in Duluth and traveled with them to 250 locations around the country. She was a skilled seamstress and did a lot of knitting and needlework. Another hobby she enjoyed was gardening and she would freeze and can a lot of vegetables that she grew. She worked as a waitress for many years and was in customer service for Montgomery Wards.
Preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Dorothy, Norma, James, Gerald, Leonard, and Karl; and daughter-in-law, Sandra Schilling.
Ramona is survived by her husband, Dallas; children, Sue (Tim) Mowbray, Dallas Schilling, Steve (Edie) Schilling, Roxanne (Gary) Burgdorf; 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
