Robert Lawrence Dryke, 80, of Duluth, died peacefully in the comfort of his home with family present on Thursday, November 20, 2014.
He was born in Duluth June 14, 1934 to Roy J. and Herbena M. (Dachyk) Dryke.Robert's career legacy began as a jeweler's assistant, then he became a master plumber, business owner and contractor.
He married Stella K. Hoven on September 10, 1955, who remained his young bride always. Together they had nine children: Steve, Tom, Robyn, Luci, Mike (Geri Ann), Jill, Peggy Jo, Jake (Kathy), and Jason.
Robert was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Visitation: 5-7pm Monday, November 24th. at Dougherty Funeral Home, and on Tuesday, November 25th. from 10 am until the 11 am Memorial service at Family of God Lutheran Church, 4097 Martin Road.
