Ronald Wiseman

Ronald Eugene Wiseman, 77, of Duluth, died peacefully in his sleep at St. Mary's Essentia Hospice, the evening of Nov. 8 2015, with his family by his side.

Ronnie attended Clover Valley High School graduating 1956, and enjoyed Football, Baseball, and Basketball, and as an adult looked forward to golfing.

He married his childhood sweetheart, Frances Marylee Cooke on Jan. 5 1956. Ron served in the U.S. Navy from 1955- 1959. He went on to Reserve Mining until they closed, serving almost 30 years; during this time Ron was also employed through the USPS in Two Harbors working part time until Reserve Mining closed, then going full time with the postal service, where he retired in 2000.

He was preceded in death by, his parents, Elbert and Anita Wiseman; son, Charlie; brothers, Billy Morton and Allen Wiseman; sisters, Karen Killstrom and Roxie Vojacek

Ron is survived by, his loving wife, Frances Marylee Wiseman; Daughters, Jerelyn Wiseman, and Lindee Kilen; son, Michael (Pam) Wiseman; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Bonnie (Dan) McGregor; and his loyal companion, Bear (His Dog).

Memorials can be directed to Animal Allies in Duluth.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date per Ron's request.
