Roy Joseph Marek

Roy J. Marek, 72, of Duluth passed away on Wednesday March 29, 2023, surrounded by his family at Hilltop Healthcare.  He was born in Hayward, WI on August 22, 1949, to Robert and Elliot Marek.  Roy had worked as a welder.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Dawn Marek, and brothers James and Robert “Pie” Marek.

He is survived by his children Misty Diggs, Dana Blue Bird, and Bobby Blue Bird, grandchildren Rosalina Diggs, Ellianna Diggs, Willie Diggs III, Bobby Diggs, Michaela Blue Bird, Mina Blue Bird, and Marcus Blue Bird, and a sister Mary Johnson.
