Stephen P. O'Neil, 63 of Duluth, community activist and St. Louis County Board member, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. Complete obit will follow in Thursday's Duluth News Tribune.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6-10pm in Peace United Church of 1Christ, 1111 N 11th St. Duluth. Services will be 1pm Sunday at the DECC Auditorium, Duluth. Memorials are preferred and may be directed to CHUM, 102 W 2nd St. Duluth, MN 55802.
