Susan Fremont

Susan Kathleen Fremont, age 70, died Thursday, August 18, 2016. Born in Virginia, Minnesota she was a longtime Duluth resident. Susan taught at Hibbing Junior College prior to working within the Duluth Public Schools. She was most proud of supporting many students within the Teen Parent Program. She spent most of her time sewing mittens, gardening and spending quality time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Tom; son, Ross Fremont; daughter, Gina (Brandon) Cole; grandsons, Ethan and Dylan Cole; sister, Jean (Ron) McKinnon and several nieces, nephews and extended family. Special thanks to Dr. Nikcevich and Dr. Anderson for their dedication and care throughout the past five years.
