Theodore Goman

Theodore Eugene "Ted" Goman, age 80, of Duluth, left us for his heavenly home on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. He was born in Carlton, Minnesota June 19, 1934 to Theodore Ellis and Rose (Thibault) Goman. Ted worked for and retired from the DM&IR. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Duluth Heights. Ted was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his family, pets, and Notre Dame. He was preceded in death by his parents; and by his daughter Lori Ann Goman. Ted is survived by his wife Betty Ann of Duluth; his children, Eric Goman of Duluth, Brenda (Scott) Saville of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Greg (Kristin) Goman of Duluth; and 10 grandchildren. Ted's family would like to thank the staff at Essentia Health St. Mary's for their wonderful care. Visitation: 5-7 pm, with wake prayers at 6:30 pm Monday, October 6, 2014 at Dougherty Funeral Home. Visitation continues on Tuesday, October 7th. at 10 am until the 11 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 151 W.
