Timothy Nylen

Timothy Lee Nylen, 50, of St. Michael, MN passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday March 19, 2019.  He was born in Duluth on October 17, 1968 to Gary and Patricia Nylen.  He graduated from Two Harbors High School where he had played football.  He had served in the Navy Reserve.  Tim worked at Vision-ese as a Tech Manager.  He enjoyed watching sports. Spending time with his family, and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Martin and Bertha Marble, paternal grandfather Victor Nylen, and a daughter Cami.

He is survived by his wife Jean, son Cole, parents Patty Nylen and Gary Nylen, sister Tracey Nylen, nieces Miah (Carlos) Hiciano and Ebba Makesroom, nephew Avery Makesroom, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Friday March 29, 2019 from 5PM to 7PM in Dougherty Funeral Home.  600 E. 2nd St., Duluth, MN 55805.  A memorial service for Tim will be held at a later date.
