Vicki Lynn Faegre

It is with profound sadness that we announce that Vicki Lynn Faegre passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the age of fifty-nine. She passed peacefully at her home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Ashland WI September 10, 1965, to Alice and David Tolliver. Vicki graduated from Ashland High School in 1983. She attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where she graduated in 1986 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene and in 1987 with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Community Education. Vicki married Charles in June of 1992 and joining them shortly after was their son, Mitchell and daughter, Bridget. 

Vicki loved living in Duluth and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was always happy to be outside working in a garden, at her family cabins, and most importantly, enjoying her three grandchildren. 

She is survived by her husband, Charles; her son, Mitchell; grandson, Charlie; daughter, Bridget; son-in-law, Philip; grandson, Grayson and granddaughter, Layla; mother and father; and sister, Wendy (Dan) Kelner.

There will be a funeral service on Friday, October 11th at St. James Parish in Duluth, MN with a visitation at 10:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am.
